The cute host. Our Double or Twin Room was spacious, with a large bed and a well-equipped bathroom that offered the ultimate comfort. I couldn't believe how good the breakfast was-traditional Italian pastries were available to take with us for snacking later!

The location is very central, short walk to the historic area of Siena, a square at the back of the B and the restaurant behind the B. The breakfast offers good choice of cookies and pastries. The staff is extremely helpful and very amiable, they ensure you have a really really nice time here...

Fantastic location just steps from Piazza del Campo. Very clean and the host was super communicative about parking. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and had a great dinner at La Finestra, where we got a discount. Internet was reliable too 😊

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, had a great view and the bed was comfortable. The room was also nicely warm, which was ideal in the middle of winter. The breakfast of pastries, yoghurt and coffee and juice was delicious! The location is very central but not noisy (unlike another B & B I used in Siena!).

The private bathroom was across the passage from the room but this was not enough of an issue to detract from my high opinion of this B&B.

Can recommend this place and would definitely return. Thank you very much everyone for a very nice stay of the holidays. Overall it was new-fashioned for the balcony. The location was good, if you need to be walk from a cathedral and a tower. Restaurant food was reasonably priced.

The location was perfect, being just a quick walk to the bustling main square. The comfortable bed had a lovely top sheet that suited my preferences well, and breakfast included delectable local treats like jam tarts and slices of cake.

Curtains did not block out light.

We would never be able to afford this if they hadn't offered a 50% discount offer on Booked.net; thank you for this! Also, they were kind enough to allow us to bring our dirty tandem bicycle and panniers into the building for safe keeping. They were kind and flexible, and the room was great. Super highly recommended!

fantastic central area with easy access to attractions and parks

Staying just a few steps from the bustling Piazza del Campo and other amazing landmarks made our weekend in Siena lovely. We loved that there were good eateries like La Finestra and Caffe 19zero3 around for quick bites and coffee breaks between city strolls. The room curtains could do a better job at blocking out light for those who like a dark environment when sleeping.

Great apartment - incredible location and really clean. Simple rooms but all you need and the location, cleanliness and friendly staff make it a beautiful spot to stay.

The staff is really nice and helpful. We leave very early that we can not have breakfast. She told us to take some juice and snakes with us for free.The room is clean and nice.

The location is nice but difficult to find. Espeically for those with heavy lagguge.

Located just steps from Piazza del Campo, the spacious Double or Twin Room exuded old-world charm with its period features. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's rest, while the breakfast met our needs perfectly. Although finding parking was a challenge, the overall experience was still very enjoyable.

Very helpful and friendly check-in staff. Great location. Nice, clean and comfortable room with lovely features - original old beams running through the ceiling. We had the room with the external bathroom but was no problem as the bathroom is just across the hall, you can lock it with your own key when not using it and it was and also impeccably clean.
